The Music Shed is fully handicap accessible. Handicap parking is located near the main entrance.

TICKET POLICIES

All sales are final.
No refunds will be given.
Single tickets cannot be exchanged.
Subscriber ticket privilege is limited to one exchange per concert series.
All ticket orders are charged a $5.00 processing fee.

WEB ORDERS:
Tickets may be purchased on the web until noon on the day of the performance. Subscriptions, young adult, and children discounts are not available on the website. Please call 860.542.3000 to order.

TICKET PICK-UP:
Tickets ordered by phone or on the website at least one week in advance of a performance will be mailed, unless otherwise requested. All other tickets will be held at the box office. Tickets may be picked up at the Music Shed one hour before the event begins. Tickets may also me picked up in advance during regular business hours at the Battell House box office beginning on June 1, 2009.

POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In the very rare event that a concert is postponed or cancelled, the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival will make every effort to contact you. If a concert is postponed to a new date, tickets for the original date will be honored at that time; if you prefer, you may receive a credit card refund. If a concert is cancelled you will receive a credit card refund.
