The School of Music now provides an online service for students to easily showcase their music, performances, press kits, résumés, and research. It is powered by Digication and allows students to create their own web pages, add social networking feeds, and post media galleries without the need for any web programming experience. After signing the Terms of Use Form, students will be able to activate their accounts.
Students are also encouraged to sign up for access to the Digital Media Center for the Arts, which offers computer labs, multi-media applications, and equipment for students to use. As an introduction to the skills necessary to create a digital portfolio, the School is offering a series of workshops at the DMCA in September.
